President, Founder & CEO –
Tom Grant
Tom Grant has over 30 years experience in the construction business. He started ECO Structures with goals of offering personal service, attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship in high end custom homes.
Tom also operates as a Project Manager staying involved with each project.
The
Project Manager oversees owner and architect/contractor relations and coordination including:
- Project development
- Owner selections and
- Other needs as they arise
COO –
Sally Grant
Sally joined in 1996 and stresses an individualized approach to each project from a business perspective. She takes a hands-on approach to her role, and is responsible for all corporate financial and accounting matters.
Office & Field Administrator –
Julie Dooley
Julie oversees the day-to-day financials of the business, specifically the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Julie also works closely with the field personnel and subcontractors as a support and in addressing all contractual and fiscal requirements. With the company since 2001, Julie’s role is ever evolving. Her eclectic and dynamic skills and personality has served ECO well as she has her hand in all aspects of the business.
General Supervisor –
Bob Macchi
The General Supervisor is the on site superintendent and project coordinator in charge of:
- Owner and architect/contractor relations and coordination
- Coordinating work with the office
- Overseeing and leadership of all ECO Structures’ field personnel
Having been in this industry since a child Bob is a lifelong builder. With the company since 1999 Bob is a dedicated supervisor with extensive knowledge and field experience. As Bob orchestrates the most complex and detailed construction projects his experience is invaluable.
Field Supervisors –
Lee Walker
The Field Supervisor is the on site superintendent in charge of:
- Owner and Architect Contract relations and coordination
- Coordinating work with the office
Lee Walker has been with ECO Structures since 1992. In the construction industry since a kid he has really learned the business. Lee is hard working and industrious. He is enthusiastic, not afraid to roll up his sleeves, and is an excellent communicator. His knowledge and warm personality make him a real pleasure to work with.
Lead Carpenters –
Michael Grant
The Lead Carpenter is in charge of:
- Overall responsibility for all exterior and interior trim and finish carpentry
- Overall responsibility for all interior framing changes, miscellaneous carpentry and carpentry punch list items
- Coordination of all finish carpentry subcontractors and carpentry laborers for each job site
- Coordination of carpentry details with Project Supervisor and Project Manager
Michael Grant joined us in 1997. He is a skilled craftsman and an invaluable team player. He helps coordinate the carpentry and finish details to which ECO relies on his thorough knowledge base. Michael’s ability to execute these tasks effortlessly has been invaluable to us and the homeowners.
General Laborer –
Brian Barrett
The General Laborer organizes materials on site, implements safety measures and assists with general site clean-up.
Brian Barrett joined the ECO Structures team in 2005. No job is too small for Brian. He’s a perfectionist, dedicated worker, and combines a great sense of humor with hard work.
